2.) "Pray For the Wicked": The band, in its later years, were criticized for selling out and going into a mainstream bubble-gum theatrical pop sound as early as "Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die", but this album is when the band went FULL radio pop, almost in a way similar to Jewel or The Human League. On Panic!'s albumoftheyear.org page, this album is their second lowest user-rated release at 49/100% next to... Source: 10 months ago

Definitely. Even though I do think kendrick has the best discography out of the three, kendrick fans meat ride him so much to the point where to pimp a butterfly is usually the highest rated hip hop album of all time on music rating websites and is typically (but not always) in the top 10 albums of all time on the same websites (namely albumoftheyear.org and rateyourmusic.com). Like cmon. It definitely isnt in the... Source: 12 months ago
I knew the name Radiohead, and I had heard Creep, but didn't know it was their song. One day I found myself on albumoftheyear.org for Kendrick Lamar purposes. Clicked "Best Albums" and filtered to "All Time" and saw Radiohead had 3 of the top 10, so I checked them out and the rest is history. Source: 12 months ago

You might not be looking in the right places. All top 10 albums I adore this year are from artists I had not heard of until this year. I scour the "rising" posts of /r/hiphopheads, /r/indieheds, /r/popheads, and /r/metalcore as well as looking through albumoftheyear.org every friday before and/or after work and give myself around a... I purposely only listen to music form current year so I both, don't get like this, and so I can build a best of list at the end of year. I've been so many people my age and older (late 20s/early 30s) just check out for the most part and I'm terrified to be like that. I'll just like, stalk this sub on fridays and albums on albumoftheyear.org and put a bunch of albums on there to listen to when I want to listen. Source: over 1 year ago
