  I use this app called Alarmy. It’s the only thing that has me get up. To turn off the alarm, you have to complete a “mission”. The best/most reliable mission I’ve been able to use has been the barcode reader. I set the alarm to be disabled by needing to scan a shampoo bottle.   THE most obnoxious alarm. I hate it and myself every time, but it's the only thing that gets me up. • LPT : When your alarm ring in the morning, don't snooze, get up immediately. It's hard at first but you will find yourself more productive in the morning and less tired. Specially if you are not a morning person.
