Thank you for sharing! On a tangent: I'm wondering if there are any good open source models/libraries to reconstruct audio quality. I'm thinking about an open source alternative to something like Adobe Podcast [1] to make noisy recordings sound professional. Anecdotally, it's supposed to be very good. In a recent search, I haven't found anything convincing. In my naive view this tasks seems much simpler than audio... - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago
Should you long term... NO... Can you short term to get the mic-ball rolling... yes!! Here is what I would offer up. Take the recording and either clean it up in audacity (if you know how) OR. go to https://podcast.adobe.com/ drop your vocal audio track(s) in there and they will clean it up for you for free. Up to 1.5 hrs. that way you get the best possible outcome within your starter budget. Source: 10 months ago
Ahh, ok. Unfortunately, if that's the case, I'm afraid there's no turning back. If it's dialogue (and you're unhappy with the result) you might try running it through Adobe Podcast Enhance (podcast.adobe.com) The AI can sometimes repair artifacts from denoising, while delivering a very clean-sounding VO. Worth a shot (if it's a voice file). Source: 11 months ago
Try the Adobe AI Podcast audio cleanup tool: https://podcast.adobe.com it does wonders for background noise removal. Source: 11 months ago
Check it: https://podcast.adobe.com. Source: 11 months ago
I’ve yet to try the Adobe podcast feature but it’s free and others like the results so maybe give it a whirl first? https://podcast.adobe.com. Source: 11 months ago
It's also worth noting that I've had decent results turning scratch audio into useable audio with the use of podcast.adobe.com and their "audio enhance tool.". Source: 11 months ago
The audio (I can barely hear your voice ) and video quality are very important. Yes, it could require some investment but if you watch some other condo reviews, you will see what I am talking about. You could either invest in a microphone or a better camera, or try some tools online that will process your media. (For audio you could use adobe podcast https://podcast.adobe.com/). Find a mic with a Cardioid setting (I use the Blue Yeti) that will only pick up what is directly in front of the mic. For fix until then you can run the audio through https://podcast.adobe.com/ (under AI powered audio) that will clean a lot up. Source: about 1 year ago
Adobe has a software for enhancing sound and reducing background noise. Its free and it works well in most noisy environments https://podcast.adobe.com. Source: about 1 year ago
Unfortunately, it seems to have disallowed me to use podcast.adobe.com as it's just a spinning wheel trying to load. Is there a way I can work around this or which addresses to delete to gain access to Adobe Podcast? Thanks. Source: about 1 year ago
Something I recently have also started using (but not on this project) was the ai adobe podcast app, which totally saved two clips for my other project, but completely messed up another as the ai changed the tone of the line that was being said. Source: about 1 year ago
I actually ran through the audio using podcast.adobe.com . I didn't notice some parts were moved out... But now that you mentioned it, I'm going to do a thorough check to see what's going on. Thanks for the feedback ! Source: about 1 year ago
Thanks, BestSam. You should checkout podcast.adobe.com and the Enhance Speech feature. Currently in beta, but it's definitely an alternative to Resolve's voice-iso. Source: about 1 year ago
From what I heard it removes background voice and reconstructs the dialogue using AI. Don’t know much else about it. Here’s a link. Source: about 1 year ago
That podcast audio AI tool is great but can make stuff sound a little robotic if there’s no soundtrack or foley going around it. You have to request access to use it here. Source: about 1 year ago
Adobe Podcast and similar AI based tools have a way of working magic with audio. More so than my skills with noise reduction software and plugins. Https://podcast.adobe.com/. Source: about 1 year ago
Adobe Voice - I haven't use it, in extreme cases the "AI" replacement might not even sound like the original speaker or might miss a word, but it's fairly interesting. Source: about 1 year ago
Hey guys, I'm sorry to know that you lost your quality audio file. Just came across this website https://podcast.adobe.com/enhance, not sure if AI can help to enhance the audio quality. Still hope it can be uploaded to the podcast. Source: about 1 year ago
