I needed to extract PDF table surrounded by text to a spreadsheet for analysis and Able2Extract did a great job with it's 'Extract tables only' feature, leaving me with the Excel output I can actually work with. Not to mention the OCR engine for getting text from scanned PDFs. Great tool, beats Adobe anytime in terms of both price and performance.
