Monkeytype is the most visited and has the most traffic typing website (with over 130+ thousand unique users daily) compared to 10fastfingers.com, typeracer.com, typrx.com, nitrotype.com, keybr.com, keyhero.com, etc...., and that's according to https://www.siteworthtraffic.com/report/monkeytype.com. Personally, Monkeytype is really addicting because of its user-friendly layouts (you can choose your own theme and... - Source: Reddit / 5 days ago
Yeah, but why couldn't they re implement it, but with better filtering. 10fastfingers.com seems to manage this. I never see unreachable WPM on there? - Source: Reddit / 25 days ago
I learned through websites, like this one or this one. You can also practice your skills here or here. - Source: Reddit / 25 days ago
10fastfingers.com also motivates you to keep typing however, as you are always trying to reach the top 20. Not actually that hard tho. You only need like 93WPM to do it. Do keep in mind, you will need to have an account, or all that hard work will be wasted as you won't appear on the leaderboard!!! - Source: Reddit / 28 days ago
I finally breached the 100WPM barrier, and got a new PB! All credit to monkeytype.com keybr.com and 10fastfingers.com as well as typingtournament.com for helping me get started! - Source: Reddit / 28 days ago

10fastfingers for basic improvement. - Source: Reddit / about 1 month ago
Compete with others and try to reach personal best on 10fastfingers.com: Now that I had developed my muscle memory and I could type fairly quickly, somewhere around 70-75wpm on a good test, I went to this site and joined competitions. I reached 80-90wpm in this site regularly after practising for months. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
Https://10fastfingers.com/ has so called typing competitions, where you have 24 hours to get the best WPM on 1 minute of randomized words (top 200 most common). - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
Typically what people do is they will spend a lot of time on the default settings on sites like 10fastfingers.com or Monkeytype.com that will only ever feed them the same 200 to 300 words in different random orders. They will spend hours and hours over many weeks and months repeatedly cycling though these words and they will get very good at them. That's great. It's exactly what you should be doing. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
Other useful typing websites I use are play.typeracer.com and 10fastfingers.com. - Source: Reddit / 4 months ago
I see from the screenshot that you have 100% accuracy and 80% consistency. I hope this post is made in mischief. If not, then you need to slow down and practice text with the intention of accuracy. You can use the Monkeytype master difficulty mode which will quit a race if even a single mistake is made. My personal best is 108wpm with 100% accuracy on 10fastfingers.com words 200 list. I practice in master mode... - Source: Reddit / 4 months ago
And then, I found out about 10fastfingers.com which defines itself as a website for testing & improving one's typing speed through free typing games. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
When I started, I was a freshman and was geeked out to see people typing fast. I was so fascinated, I searched people on youtube typing fast without even peeking at the keyboard. Being a Computer Science fellow, I decided to learn to touch-type even before writing a single piece of code. For this, a video from Kalle Hallden helped a lot, gave me the motivation to learn and improve. I started with www.keybr.com, a... - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
I started practicing typing on a app whose name I didn't remember then as soon as I learnt the home row I switched to 10fastfingers.com and keybr.com simultaneously. Then after reaching a speed of 70 WPM I found monkeytype.com , then I continued there but I'm not going more than 90 (avg-85 for 1 min) I want to reach 100+ any tips on how I can get there? - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
I learned from https://typing.com, its decent. And I practice on https://10fastfingers.com. - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
P. S.: as a long time user you totally have to let us know how fast and precise you can type with tOndO! Would you test yourself on something like 10fastfingers.com or monkeytype.com? - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
To learn typing is difficult part. When you have gained a decent typing speed, there are many websites where you can practice typing to get better at it. Some of my favourite websites are typinguniverse.com, 10fastfingers.com, typing.com. - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
10fastfingers.com is the site that made me go from 20 wpm to 80 wpm! - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
I personally learnt touch typing simply by assigning a finger to each keys (this layout, to be specific, though you can make some changes as per your convenience) and practiced typing on 10fastfingers.com (though I'd rather recommend monkeytype.com) without looking at any of the keys. Memorise the key layout so you don't have to look at the keyboard if you forget where a key is. - Source: Reddit / 9 months ago
The best tip I've found: Learn to type with typingclub.com or with 10fastfingers.com. When you're busy trying to beat your WPM score, the position of accent marks becomes automatic. You don't even think about them any more. - Source: Reddit / 10 months ago
