  This! Also if I only need to access a site once and not rember any logins, I’ve made use of a site called 10minutemail. It generates an e-mail address that is active for 10 minutes and allows you to easily access the inbox for any confirmations needed, but disappears automatically without you having to recieve spam until the end of time.   I use this to sign up for anything that you use once and never need again but there are many uses. The email only lasts 10 minutes but the account will stay.
