  • Parent died, dont know what to do.
    a) Also verify what the loan on the house is versus the appraised value. That is Mostly likely where there will be money left over, as long as the house is in good Repair. (zillow.com for estimates but a real estate professional would be best.). - Source: Reddit / 6 days ago
  • Off-Campus Living
Hey there, third year PhD student here. Most places in C-U are safe. Check zillow.com and apartments.com to get an idea of what's available, especially for grad students. I recommend between Lincoln and Philo on the east side or between Neil and Prospect on the west side, as well as staying north of University and south of Kirby/Florida. (Essentially, I've drawn a square around campus with the above... - Source: Reddit / 9 days ago
  • Good online sources for rentals in the Bay
Try trulia.com rentals or zillow.com rentals too. It used to be that everything was on craigslist, but that was decades ago. Also, many properties that are listed on craigslist and managed by a property management company get listed once they don't have much interest via the property management company website itself. Get the property management company names from the craigslist ads and then go directly to their... - Source: Reddit / 12 days ago
  • Anyway to browse zillow and set time to some previous date?
Today is some day, Sat 4 March 2023. Was wondering if there is a site that lets you view zillow.com with a set date of x, where x could be for ex: July 10, 2014. It would load data as it was, at that time on July 10, 2014. Almost like a 'back-in-time' browsing experience. - Source: Reddit / 20 days ago
  • BAH after divorce
You can list in zillow.com , redfin.com , or realtor.com -- just make sure you get responsible tenants who has a secured recurring income and with a good credit score - being a landlord also require work and a good relationship with your tenants but at least you are building some sort of equity. In perspective, I rented my house and one week later the the youngest flushed a roll of shit paper in the head that... - Source: Reddit / 29 days ago

  • Seeking public comment on updated/reformatted forum comprehensive guide
Storage facilities sometimes have on-site apartments or a backroom that allows a manager or other employee to live there. It is for convenience and security of facilities. An idea is to find a job at a storage facility and ask about employee benefits that include an on-site apartment/room. Finding more permanent accommodation may be found via rooms for rent at roomster.com, hotpads.com, and spareroom.com.... - Source: Reddit / about 1 month ago

  • Local places to advertise townhouse for sale?
The most powerful advertising around for real estate is the MLS, and the MLS gets replicated to realtor.com, zillow.com, trulia.com, redfin.com. 97%+ of all transactions start on one of those. If you're not getting traction on those platforms, paying for print ads isn't going to improve your situation. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
  • Reasonable place to rent??
Hotpads.com, zillow.com, def fb marketplace... Under rentals if you keep an eye out you can find a deal. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
  • Moving to Bloomington
    2) My suggestion is to search zillow.com for properties you might like in nearby counties. Neighboring counties to Monroe (Bloomington, Ellettsville) are Morgan (north), Owen (west), Brown (east), and Lawrence (south). Greene County is southwest of Bloomington, but probably farther than you want to be. When you see something you like online, drive to the area and look around. That'll help you get the best... - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago

  • Thoughts on best neighborhoods for commute to CWRU / Cleveland Clinic main campus?
Purchasing a condo or townhouse under $200k may be tough in locations you mentioned. Also consider that condo fees that are over $500 often include utilities, cable, etc. Perhaps check out condos in Euclid, OH. You can use zillow.com to search for both townhouses and condos in any community. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago

Hi, I don't live in LA yet myself--I'm a mid-30's straight man still trapped in VA for now--but you might like these websites: zillow.com , apartments.com . - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
  • How do I get rid of “Sign In With Google” prompts please?
Came across a fix for this, it's a paid solution though. Found a Safari extension that is available on MacOS and on iOS called Banish and when purchased and installed it blocks ALL login popups. So I can confirm that "Sign in With Google" prompts are now go for me on all the sites I've been using to test ( uncommongoods.com / zillow.com / bookings.com ) but this should also eliminate login popups on other sites I... - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
  • my first web scraping project to grab real estate data!
For real estate data there is a very good API through I think either realestate.com or zillow.com I can't remember which. Just FYI. Otherwise good work. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
  • Where to Live?
Go to zillow.com and look at the rentals in the area. You might be able to find something that way. Also, check out Worthington on google maps. It will at least give you a vague idea of what you're going to be dealing with. Search the distance between your job and Worthington, Spencer, and other areas you're thinking about. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
