Came across a fix for this, it's a paid solution though. Found a Safari extension that is available on MacOS and on iOS called Banish and when purchased and installed it blocks ALL login popups. Go to zillow.com and look at the rentals in the area. You might be able to find something that way. Also, check out Worthington on google maps. It will at least give you a vague idea of what you're going to be dealing with.
