Should have mentioned my desktop is a debian 12 intel system running both Firefox and Chrome. Hitting https://zillow.com/ with Lynx is somewhat hilarious -- it just gives you a 403. I wonder if my IP got blacklisted 'cause I kept hitting it with a desktop browser they don't care about (Firefox on Linux.). - Source: Hacker News / 11 days ago
Unfortunately, median home values in Beachwood are higher than in Solon. See zillow.com home values. Source: 5 months ago
Dear All, my wife and I are planning to move to Boston and are looking for apartments in the greater Boston area. At the moment, we are still located in Germany. Therefore, we thought it might be good to first find a temporary accommodation (apartment) for 1-2 months to have some time until we find something permanent. However, we do not see any temporary offers on zillow.com, apartments.com, or... Source: 6 months ago
PS, I know zillow.com and realtor.com leads exist and have had success with those, but those leads can cost 35% which is insane and I'd rather pivot away from them over time. Source: 7 months ago
I have been advertising with Zillow as a premier agent for 5 months now, and I can tell you that it is 100% a scam. I needed a new place to allocate some advertising dollars and decided to give Zillow a try. The sales rep, Lindsay Caldwell, told me the number of leads per zip I would receive (43) for the spend I was willing to do ($3,000 a month). Zillow makes you sign a 6 month contract, and I was a bit hesitant... Source: 9 months ago
Palo Alto (good, but expensive, and I've looked on apartments.com, zillow.com and Relocity app and there aren't really a lot here). Source: 9 months ago
Have you ever looked a house for sale post on realtor.com, zillow.com, trulia.com or any other real estate website and thought "I wish they had a comment section". This is your place to do just that. Post a link to the home that is for sale and comment away, see if other Redditors feel the same way. Source: 10 months ago
Have you ever looked at a house on realtor.com or zillow.com or any of the housing sites and wished you could post a comment? This is your place. Source: 10 months ago
Hello. I am looking for a short-term rental house in Pittsburgh from around August 20th for a period of 6 months. I have searched on apartment.com and zillow.com but haven't found much useful information, so I'm planning to contact real estate agents directly. Could you please let me know if you have any recommendations for reliable real estate agents? Source: 10 months ago
For the rental situation, check apartments.com and zillow.com. Sometimes you can luck out and find a decent fourplex unit or condo to rent from the owner who rents out a property just to pay the mortgage or upkeep the property. Source: 11 months ago
You should be able to find something between streeteasy.com, renthop.com, and zillow.com. All three also have the option of looking for No Fee apartments. Source: 11 months ago
Instead of asking random people though, it will be much more beneficial to your planning to look at sites like zillow.com and streeteasy.com. Source: 11 months ago
Apartments.com and zillow.com are two popular sites. A lot of apartments will be on all the major sites because they pull from common data sources. Source: 11 months ago
That isn't a chatbot, it's a blog post. The post lists "AI tools for real estate." Several of which by the way strain the definition of the term "AI tool." Zillow.com is "an AI-powered platform..." and Compass.com is "a comprehensive platform that uses AI..." By that logic, a handwritten note on papyrus is "AI-powered" if a bot chose the words. That budget will get you a "decent" (but not great) studio. You might be able to find a two bedroom for that, way north of the city, but it won't be great. Check out the listings on apartments.com or zillow.com if you want to get a more realistic idea of what you can afford. Most places will require you to have a gross income that's three times the asking rent. Source: 11 months ago
Shit, just looking at zillow.com.... It's impossible to find a 1br condo for less than 300-350k anywhere in the Boston area.....I'm seriously considering just buying a nice condo for 150k either down in Florida or out in Chicago.... Source: 11 months ago
Use apartments.com or zillow.com - for the costs of rent. Source: 11 months ago
Look up the address up on zillow.com. They'll show a "Zestimate", which is their estimate of the value based on similar homes that have sold recently nearby. It's obviously not taking everything into account, but it's free and only takes a minute to look up, and if you're just looking for a reasonable ballpark figure, well, there you go. Apartments.com, zillow.com, and rent.com are how I looked for apartments. Source: 12 months ago
Apartments.com, zillow.com, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist. Try looking further out. Source: 12 months ago
I think your numbers aren't too far off, but before going to get a visa, I would pick a city, look at jobs there to find avg. salary, and then look at housing. After that 2k a month in expenses is a good guess. I would look at indeed.com for jobs, and then zillow.com for housing. Source: about 1 year ago
