  Pretty much all of them. The trick is you have to target either big tech companies offering remote positions, or join a well-funded startup. These mostly all pay $150K+ even for junior hires. Source: over 1 year ago

  There are the obvious "hot startups" like notion, airtable, ramp. The later-stage ones will pay better. But for the highest talent density and upside, would look earlier-stage. As for getting in early before it’s public, helps to reach out to VC partners or friends in the startup space, but I wouldn’t worry too much about inbound flooding.
