I went through incorporate.com in 2001. My company is still in existence and incorporated in Delaware. They charge $2-300/year and the state has a $150-200 annual franchise tax. I do the annual franchise tax report myself as it is super simple. Source: over 1 year ago
I have decided to open up an LLC for my one property in NJ (and for other income sources). I spoke with a representative from incorporate.com who said the lowest fees are from Delaware and he would recommend opening up an LLC from that state.
