  I use web.telegram.org to access my messages, since my offices don't allow application installs. Phone seems to be working ok, but is anyone else experiencing this? Located in Norway.   Just a thought for anyone interested, check out, https://telegram.org/ if on android, get the app from the web page, last time I heard, the Google play store version is gimped, and there is also a desktop version, along with a webpage version.   Yes every other website works well, I don't use VPN. I remember I had same issue some time ago with telegram.org. I had to reload it 100x and it worked lol. I am not so lucky with hetzner yet.
