Had my whole team take this before our Q1 off-site in early-March. Used the auto-generated facilitation guide during a breakout session on our team's ways of working. Thought the results were accurate, the discussion was rich, and we had tangible takeaways to improve how we work together going forward. Have recommended to other leaders around my organization.
