PM for 5+ years and I’m still horrible at taking notes. I can’t multitask between understanding the conversation that’s happening, providing input AND writing what’s happening at the same time! I finally got the courage to tell folks to wait so that I can finish writing “next steps” before continuing the conversation. Have a strong freemium product that solves a real need with broad application. Our chrome (and edge) extension Tactiq.io transcribes video calls on Google Meet (and zoom web), then automatically creates notes.
