    Stiira offers dynamic options for managing employee leaves for all our clients in one place, with the ability to configure policies and settings to meet specific needs. Our clients love the employee self-service options and role-configuration for visibility to company-level information and reporting. The system has also significantly improved leave tracking accuracy for our administrators.

    👍 Pros:    Easy system to adopt|Designed to be flexible for third-party administrators providing leave services to multi-state employers|User friendly interface|Very helpful guides and resources|Responsive support team|Affordable pricing structure for third-party administrators
    👎 Cons:    Still in the process of implementing some key automations that will reduce time for our admin team
