Yes. For example their own website joinsquad.com is still proclaiming that 3.2 is live. That there was a rollback at all one can find out in the Forum on that site or via Twitter. I agree that general development progress could be much better communicated, and as you said, select comments on Discord or Reddit can be limiting when it comes to delivering development updates to the whole Squad community.
