Accidentally, chose the wrong Facebook account (I have several with similar names). I am very pleased with the work of the technical support service. Their specialist quickly identified where I made a mistake and helped to correct everything. As a result, everything works properly and stably. When a new lead appears on Facebook, it is immediately transferred to Salesforce, where the corresponding deal is immediately formed. In addition, a notification is sent to the clients about the acceptance of the order made by them for work. For this, I use integration with Gmail. The buyer no longer writes in private messages to the page administrator with questions about whether his order was accepted and whether it will be fulfilled. All this is done by the service itself, automatically, without my participation. SaveMyLeads is paid but relatively inexpensive. Personally, I am ready to pay this money to ensure the maximum retention of leads and so that my work with them is of high quality automated.
