The apartment search tool of choice here is rentler.com or ksl.com (KSL uses rentler to power its searches). Make sure you ask for and get a fee disclosure before you sign anything. Source: about 1 year ago
People who are specifically looking to sublease generally mean they want to lease for less than a year, but that's not the colloquial meaning. So - you mention two others. What, exactly, are you looking for? A unit to rent? Then there's no need to go specifically seeking out a sublease (which is going to be tricky for 3 people anyway) and just visit rentler.com or see what the search results are yielding. Ksl.com / rentler.com (same engine powers both). Source: about 2 years ago
