You can deploy surveys on almost any platform with ease. it is completely non-intrusive and does not annoy customers by pushing surveys in their way. we can also open a two-way communication street with our customers using the feedback to address their problems. the survey response rate and customer satisfaction has seen a significant bump since we started using qualaroo.

The nudges can be given a little more visual customization with different colour schemes
