We deploy Qualaroo on our website and mobile application to collect post-purchase feedback from our customers. The best part about this tool is that it gives gentle pop-ups in the form of Nudges™ to our customers once they have placed their order, and most of the customers end up filling in the feedback. We are also able to uncover customers’ issues in real-time and address their grievances instantly.
👍 Pros: You can deploy surveys on almost any platform with ease. it is completely non-intrusive and does not annoy customers by pushing surveys in their way. we can also open a two-way communication street with our customers using the feedback to address their problems. the survey response rate and customer satisfaction has seen a significant bump since we started using qualaroo.👎 Cons: The nudges can be given a little more visual customization with different colour schemes
