    Perfect tool to collect feedback and generate leads at the same time.

    Qualaroo made it possible to distinguish our website traffic between prospects and non-prospects. It helped us bring the potential visitors into the funnel by asking targeted questions via surveys and directing them to signup forms, lead forms, etc. Using follow-up questions in the surveys, we now collect information about visitors and target them later to qualify the leads.

    ๐Ÿ‘ Pros:    The tool is relatively easy-to-use and offers high flexibility to design the surveys. we can create on-site surveys or send them through email via url link. we use question branching and targeting options to collect information from desired visitor segments. plus, it easily integrates with our crm tool to automatically send survey data and lead information without manual work.
    ๐Ÿ‘Ž Cons:    Just one. the reports section needs more filters to segregate the data. it would be great if they can allow adding custom properties to create your customized report.
