Good Tool for Feedback Analysis
We use Qualaroo to conduct market research to understand customers’ interests and preferences for new products. We also use surveys to gauge the feedback about our current products. With Qualaroo, we can mine through the feedback in real-time using the AI sentiment analyzer, saving hours of manual work. Once we have the most negative feedback, we pick up from there to collect meaningful insights.

👍 Pros: The integration of sentiment analysis engine with the feedback tool|Automatic scoring of the feedback into user emotions|Helps identify the negative sentiments that need to be prioritized

👎 Cons: The reports section is detailed otherwise but needs some tweaks to allow more flexibility for data segmentation.
