  I'm a drummer living in a small apartment without my drum kit. There's a VR drum app called paradiddle that allows you to build a custom drum kit in VR and even record MIDI from it. The app is still early in its development, and there are some slight latency/physical feedback issues, but even with these limitations, it still feels like playing a drum kit, especially when compared to finger drumming.
