If you ok with Material Design (personally me not), then use Angular Material. If not - give a try for Ant Design for Angular (NG-ZORRO), it includes plenty of components. In other cases, you can use Bootstrap, but be ready to implement (or find) some components on your own. Source: over 1 year ago
