I just found Nearpod, you can add your powerpoints/google slides to it and add small formative assessment tasks in between slides (it works almost like kahoot where you give the students a code and they can either work through at their own pace or it follows along with your lesson) there are a bunch of options for adding activity slides that I find really useful for determining in real time if the content makes... - Source: Reddit / 9 months ago

You might find something on Nearpod (it works like kahoot, but it's got activities more varied than only quizzes). Some are already prepared, though you can always prepare your own. You must be registered. Students don't need a nearpod account. They log in with a code you share and you can ask them to write their names.
