In the past, our marketing team struggled with putting the data collected at our events to practical use. We’ve all been there. The endless data just piling up, not identifying what is of value and what’s not, and the following up… Oh, the following up! It can turn into a nightmare very quickly, very easily. How can you build relationships and deepen the connections you’ve made during the event if you constantly find yourself in a position where you do not have any insights into what actually happened at hand, or stumble to make any sense of the ones you do have?

Then Momencio came along, completely changing and vastly improving our during-and-post-event effectiveness and efficiency. We started making the most of them, automating not just the capturing of leads but understanding how each and every one of our guests experienced our events. This was seamlessly done in real time! What we really appreciate the most though is the app’s follow-up features; they’re time-and-money saving, highlighting cases that truly matter. If I were to mention a drawback (and I am nitpicking here) is that it can feel overwhelming at first (especially if you are not digitally savvy), but the Momencio team went above and beyond to make sure that everyone in our department familiarized themselves with the app.
