    Best collaborative email app

Missive is by far the best collaborative email app for small/medium teams. I've tried many of them over the years and Missive just stands out. Also their team is super responsive and push bug fixes and new features weekly.

  • How does one work with emails as comments to tasks?
Another alternative that many ClickUp users rely on is Missive (https://missiveapp.com). It offers similar functionality to Front but at a more affordable price. However, let's be honest, it still revolves around converting emails into URL links within ClickUp tasks and vice versa in the email app. The aesthetics leave much to be desired, and with the updated way links are displayed in task comments or with... • Best Mac Mail app
Missive is a really good email client and made us love email again. It's not cheap (they have a free version) but it's great and still cheaper than Superhuman. Source: 11 months ago
  • Self-Hosted Team-Email (like Missive, Spark, Front)
So, I am currently setting up an array of self hosted solutions for our dev team including chat, wiki, etc. The only thing missing is some sort of collaborative Team-Mail Client like Spark, Missive, Front and the sorts. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Crunchy Bridge's Ruby Back End: Sorbet, Tapioca, and Parlour
Amen to that. We reached $2M ARR as 3 engineers at Missive [1]. As the CTO, I can tell life wouldn’t quite be the same without the ability to save the day in the production console at the speed of light. [1] https://missiveapp.com/. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
  • Show HN: Open-Sourcing InboxSDK (YC S11) – Build Apps in Gmail
I love Streak for singleplayer but prefer Missive or Front for collaboration. It would be awesome if someone can turn Gmail into a collaboration hub like https://missiveapp.com/ or Front with this SDK. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
  • Now that Outlook is showing ads in the main e-mail section, that too disguised as e-mails, what is currently the best e-mail client in your opinion?
I realize this isn’t totally relevant for individual use, but I really like Missive app for small business/team collaboration. Source: over 1 year ago
  • apps for communicating
I would suggest Chanty or Missive. Definitely better than plain Slack. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • What do you guys use for managing all your cold email inboxes?
Found the answer, using https://missiveapp.com/. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Looking for a shared sms inbox
Missiveapp.com - was too expensive (per user) for the client's needs, but was great for assigning users to conversations and the client likes the fact that there's also a Windows app;. Source: about 2 years ago
  • After starting them as side-products, I stumbled my way into running 2 x $1M/year web business, bootstrapping them with only a team of 4 people. I am Phil Lehoux (Missive + others), AMA!
The most popular for the SaaS community would be Missive, a shared inbox & team chat app, of which I personally found out not just once, but multiple times, from HackerNews. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Saying Good Bye to Hey.com
I'd really recommend https://missiveapp.com as an alternative (not affiliated, just a happy customer). Lots of team features, but even for individuals it has things like thread merging, snooze, tracker blocking, alias support, email templates, etc etc. Huge boost for work email vs gmail. Also, it's available only as a UI on top of your existing mail server, so super easy to migrate on/off and plays nicely with... - Source: Hacker News / almost 3 years ago
  • Truly unified inbox – BlackBerry got it right and nobody has since
For those seeking a comparative app for todays platforms, here are some that were mentioned on HN. https://missiveapp.com/. - Source: Hacker News / almost 3 years ago
  • 📣 Reminder: Nathan Latka's AmA is in 2 days + a bunch of other AmA scheduled up!
Philippe Lehoux from MissiveApp.com (which has got some very nice freebies! Stay tuned). Source: about 3 years ago
  • 5 key points of: How We Bootstrapped a $1M SaaS
It's not the typical zillion dollar VC-funded company. It's just a small group of people (4 guys) who built a very competent product (missiveapp.com) in a crowded space using their own money. Source: about 3 years ago
