I am client since 3 years now, and they recently updated the platform's User Interface, which I'm very happy with. I have a peace of mind, have integrated it for all of my business email accounts (for my employees, etc). Also private use. Also, its suite of tools is complete and fully convenient. Highly recommended!
No complaints or issues with Mailfence whatsoever, I have been switching between different google alternatives for the past year now, and so far I have stayed with Mailfence the longest. Hands down the best support system I have seen so far. Quick responses and really friendly.
As for features and design, they are still improving and adding things. One of the best things is that you dont need to download anything to take advantage of the end-to-end-encryption. At the moment I am really satisfied with how everything looks and feels. It's hard to say what the product will look like in say 2 years, but it's really nice seeing a product evolve like that and being part of the journey.
I started using Mailfence a while back i was a free user at first but soon i found out that was a bit limited then i subscribed to the Entry subscription just to see if it would make any difference. The value that I got was immense for just 2.50$/month I get IMAP support, tons of storage for files and emails. Support also is top-notch really helpful and always willing to help they reply within minutes. Overall I think it's a really cool alternative to Google's Gmail,g drive and G calendar.

I have activated the short domain (mf.me) , but I have a lot of email filters that filter my incoming mail by which alias they are using. I'm wondering if I have to reenter all of the aliases with the mf.me domain in my filters or whether the filtering system will automatically filter the incoming email regardless of which domain is used (mailfence.com or mf.me). Security, privacy, and anonymity are three concepts crucial to Mailfence. Our email suite has been designed to take all three into account, making it a unique solution. We also believe each of them should be a concern to you, even to varying degrees. But in some instances, they may overlap, and it can be tricky to distinguish them. What exactly is security? Privacy, and anonymity? How do they differ? And how... Source: over 1 year ago
I went with https://mailfence.com a small Belgian provider called. I needed to contact their support only once, and they were prompt and helpful. The only shortcoming compared to Gmail is their web interface is a bit minimalistic, but fully functional and incredibly fast, also on mobile. Other mentioned Fastmail, which is also fine as a provider, but I somehow trust EU / Belgian regulations more than Australian. - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago

Create a mail in the domain mailfence.com. Remember even if she deleted the account, steam give you time, ins not insta delete. Create a strong password, that is impossible she to manage it, do not safe password in your browser, the end. Good luck my friend. Source: about 2 years ago

I considered opening an account at Mailfence, Protonmail or Tutanota. All of them offer free accounts at their domains, but they (especially Proton) seem to have some issues with account suspensions as well, if online complaints are to be believed. Source: about 2 years ago

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Mailfence[0]. Their support team helped me set up DMARC/SPF/DKIM. Their keystore makes it easy for non-techies to use PGP, and the tech-savvy are free to use their own keys and their own mail client. I am intending to use my own custom domain and have a number of aliases associated with this domain. Can you tell me whether you can also still create aliases with the mailfence.com domain as well? For example [abc@mydomain.com](mailto:abc@mydomain.com) and also [fred@mailfence.com](mailto:fred@mailfence.com) both pointing to a single mailbox? Source: almost 3 years ago
On that I have mailbox.org, mailfence.com, gmx.com and an ancient yandex.com address. FairEmail handles them all. GMail stuff as well if anybody still has to hold onto one for a little while longer. I like the ones I have. What little is left of GMail is forwarded to one of those addresses to catch anything that I missed and is still attached to an old email account. I figure another 6 months and I'll delete those... Source: almost 3 years ago
