They only offer a refund if the copy you download won't work, and then only you work with them to make it work and it remains dysfunctional. This is a legal requirement in any event - if you buy something and it doesn't work, you're entitled to a refund without question!!

I simply bought the wrong product, haven't used it and will never use it. They refuse to refund me.
