They can afford a partial share of one however. Say a property is $1m. A user funds 10k. They are given 1/100 share of the property.   I used to be able to get an answer from them right away and they would even ask me a bunch of questions about how to improve there service and what things I liked that lofty.ai was doing that they should consider doing. Now I can't get an answer before trying to invest in these new properties. Does anyone know why the new homes are 100% financed and no mortgage?
