  OMG, that is SO much more readable. Is it worth the effort? How many people would read it that would otherwise not read the original? Hard to tell. You could use kickstarter.com to start a project, not to make huge profits, but more to gauge interest, If 100 people commit to $10 for a completed copy, well that might tell you it is worth your mostly volunteer effort.   Once you get the person on the phone you are going to say hello, ask them how they are doing and ask if they can help you with a dispute on your credit card. When asked about your dispute you are going to say. "I made a pre-order purchase for (x-Item) on kickstarter.com. I paid ($x) on (date) and never received the item.
