I can find an available domain on instantdomainsearch or leandomainsearch, buy it on namecheap, point it to cloudflare, set up email at fastmail and sendgrid, host a static site on netlify or cloudflare pages (or point it to a DigitalOcean box) and maybe throw a formspree form on it to grab some emails all at the cost of an hour or two and pocket change.
