Horrible software that is a breach of privacy
The software itself is not well developed but the worse part is that to use any of the functionality you MUST have an account with HP! Why is it that guests to my home need to log into my account in order to use the printer. This is a completely unnecessary requirement. What it tells me is that when you buy a HP printer, you are not actually buying it given that unless you maintain an account it cannot be used.
👍 Pros: Print quality is good👎 Cons: Requires a login to an hp account to work|The scan back to computer often does not work|The software is not stable|Slow software
