The support works well. Fast and clear replies come after minutes after sending a ticket. Hostwinds does have a control panel that covers most needs. My site is full asp and I have never lost any data or access problems. When I need help ASAP, I can contact via live chat which also works well. I believe it is one of the best business hosting provider ever. I feel their prices are a little on the high side compared to what bandwidth you get.
