Chat support is very fast and helpful. I never found a better cost/performance ratio..recommend it! I use Hostingsource SSDVPS hosting plan and host 4 sites on it. They gave me a free domain for life so one of the sites got a free bonus :) The tech support is always there and provides a lot of help when needed, I personally can recommend this web host.
