I would like to let you know how impressed I am with the support system. Since setting up my account last week I have had to contact Hostingsource support desk many times through e-mail and the 800#. Each time, I received a response very quickly and the person I spoke to on MSN, sorry I didn't get his name, was very patient and helpful. I think I had him on the MSN for more than 20 minutes.
