   If you want a company that doesn't stand behind their services, choose them

   This company gave me 100% absolutely wrong actions, in writing, and caused me a $4,500 loss in a matter of weeks. I was told, in writing, from a senior account manager, Harry, to "Just enter the nightly rate and we'll take care of the rest." Wow!! They caused me to lose the cleaning fee on numerous bookings (45 of them) within a matter of weeks. They have given me the runaround for months to compensate for their error. They will not stand behind their wrong doing. They know I am unable to sue them as they are in Greece and I am in the USA and it would be incredibly expensive to take legal action against them. I will continue to put the time in to leave these reviews for them everywhere and anywhere possible. Horrible company to do business with. Do not use them as they are not a morally fit company.

   Great System and Support!

   I have used Sync since March 2020. It has been a big help in getting through all of the cancelations and changes that occurred in the past several months. I like the data that you can use to create reports. I manage 6 properties and feel it is just right for what I need to do

   Works like a charm

   Been using SyncBnB for over a year now. It does sync my calendars between various channels without any practical delays. Support is great as well and they're open for suggestions. Haven't tried the new rate management feature yet, so can't comment on that. Seems very interesting. When syncing occurs, dates are blocked as expected, however, not all data is consistently synced. At times I compare the data with their source and amend it here and there in syncbnb.

   SyncBnB is excellent!!

   I highly recommend SyncBnB. The app is easy to set up, easy to use, and they have attentive customer service who aim to please. Most importantly, my rental unit is now on 3 different websites and bookings have picked up tremendously since I've started. I highly recommend this product.

    Best decision I made

    When I subscribe to Syncbnb services almost 2 years ago. They are professionals always there for me if I have a question or a problem and I love the idea of updating the software so we can sync our calendars easily. Highly recommending this amazing channel manager service.

    Great!

    Syncbnb is just what I needed as I advertise on a number of websites, it immediately blocks dates as soon as there is a new booking so no risk of a double booking, their agents are always there to call on if there is a problem, a great service highly recommended.

    Easy to use with no training

    A great way to centralize your operations.

    Before syncbnb we would have to run around to a bunch of different platforms to make any changes. Now it is so easy to do it in one centralized location and trust that it will be pushed out to the other platforms. It saves so much time and is such a reliable technology.

    EASY

    I was really struggling with Airbnb & VRBO. They say their calendars sync, but there were always issues of that NOT happening. Having 7 vacation rentals made it really tough because I couldn't count on the calendars to sync & I had to check all 7 of them at both websites daily. I don't have time for all that! I didn't know there were companies that provided this service until lately. I've used Syncbnb for a couple months now & I haven't had to spend all that extra time checking calendars at Airbnb & VRBO. Worth the money!

    Great service

    I would be lost without this service, some of the booking sites do not notify me of bookings, SyncBNB always doe's so I kept up to date. I love having one calendar to check all my bookings.
