My best guess is that your domain is blacklisted. Check Hetrix Tools (https://hetrixtools.com/) which will tell you if you/your domain and IP address is blacklisted or not. Source: over 2 years ago
If you want to monitor offsite and port forwarding is setup, use https://hetrixtools.com (its free) and setup a Uptime Monitor to the public IP of the install location on port 44158 TCP. It'll ping the hotspot once a minute. Source: over 2 years ago
