I have been using GS Richcopy360 for the past 4 years , it is lightweight for backup critical files and folders to windows systems and clouds . Richcopy is really very fast file copying tool that can rapidly copy large amounts of data. It has a simple and intuitive interface that is easy to use. I have been able to schedule automated backups using the built-in scheduling feature. It supports syncing files and folders, and detecting changes to only copy modified files, saving time. Richcopy uses concurrent copying to maximize transfer speeds when copying data between locations. It can split files into chunks to copy multiple chunks simultaneously. This has made it the perfect tool for me to copy TBs of data between servers and external storage.
However, there are a few downsides. The interface looks a bit dated and can use a facelift. Besides it lacks to support versioning backup and teaching vedios ,however, the developer is very responsive on the official Richcopy forum in addressing issues.
