Glowism Review

This company is attempting to capitalize on the market Curology created. I was transfered immediately to their Consultation/Signups page from a site that claimed they were comparable to Curology without offering any details. Curology offers a tangible product, one I used with amazing results prior to developing an allergy to an ingredient synthesized in the same facility as the other ingredients used in my custom formula (contamination issue), Glowism claims to offer a skincare consultation. After signing up & realizing my mistake, I immediately contacted the company & have yet to hear a response. Believing I needed only wait for my consultation to be provided a refund (which they claim to offer if you're unhappy with their services), I waited... For a month. It's been over a month since I signed up now & I haven't even received the consultation they claim to offer despite the fact that I've been additionally charged for their so called subscription services. I've sent 3 emails in total & have yet to hear back (I checked spam, it's not there).

They do not provide a means to cancel via their website, email only.
