The latest version of macOS Ventura is 13.3.1. You also may want to try running Disk Utility First Aid on the drive or DriveDx to see if there’s an issue with it. Source: about 1 month ago
  • My iMac is acting up. I had it UPGRADED to a full SSD instead of a fusion drive which died and I figured it should be even BETTER than it was before but with the newest version of macOS that I have on it (Monterey), it's just not working well (getting slow). I don't know what to do. Any thoughts?

Since you’re familiar with Activity Monitor, look in the CPU tab and sort the processes by usage. If you aren’t sure what is at the top of that list, running MalwareBytes is worth a shot. You can also use Disk Utility or DriveDx to check the internal storage. Source: 3 months ago

Took a bit of searching but found an app that you can download and run vs going the other route (Terminal and a bunch of other steps) and it gives you quite a bit of info including what I mentioned above and also highest/lowest temp Mac has reached,... • Macbook Pro M2, SSD failures, and irrational fear
If you wanna keep track of your SSD life and see for yourself, download DriveDx. It's a really cool tool to see all stats of your drive.
