  • bookkeeping, inventory tracking, accounting
Have you tried Craftybase? They have a 14 day trial. FYI - at the bottom of their page, they list their competitors if you want to research other companies. My one issue is that they don’t integrate with EBay. I only sell maybe 4K a year on it but I’d like to keep track of the inventory. - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
  • Accounting?
I use to track inventory and manufacturing. - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
  • Helpdesk "Helpscout" tool blocked
I use and they use a helpdesk tool called HelpScout. I had to whitelist (\.|^)helpscout\.net$ to allow it to work. - Source: Reddit / about 1 year ago
  • Printer ink & COGS?
If the transfer paper is part of what you send the customer again by the purest definition it's inventory. Checkout it's been indispensable for me as a small manufacturer (I have no relationship with them other than as a customer). - Source: Reddit / about 1 year ago
  • How do you keep track of finances?
If you manufacture stuff is really useful as it helps track not just normal expenses but inventory costs/cost of goods sold for taxes. It also will import everything from Etsy. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago
  • Etsy sellers how do you file taxes?
I use for managing materials and manufacturing and it does basically all the work figuring out 'cost of goods sold' which is something you'll fill in on your schedule C. A little more work through the year but massive work saved come tax time. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago
