As a content creator and university professor, I am appalled by how this site is used.
It's worthwhile to look at the nuclear tracks and then look in the course catalog to see what those course mean (such as NE200, NE342, NE351, etc). When you get to the catalog, punch in the course code ("NE 342" for instance) in the search on the top left, and it will bring up the matching courses. In this case, it's Nuclear Thermal Hydraulics. That gives a description of what the course is. Another trick... Source: 11 months ago

In one case, a student was caught taking an entire paper from Coursehero. The instructor explained what was wrong, what plagiarism is, and then the student resubmitted the entire paper with one footnote added .... Wait for it .... "from coursehero.com." We put that student before a misconduct hearing. Although he was found guilty, the look in his eyes was one of pure mystification. Source: over 2 years ago
I know I can find syllabi in coursehero.com or other websites, but how can I find them officially? Source: almost 3 years ago
For the best list of topics, go to the course description or master syllabus page for calc 1 at the school you'll be attending. This is also one very legitimate purpose for coursehero.com, as much as I despise that website. Searching the calc 1 course number and your school should net you old syllabi with topic lists.
