On Facebook, I often see captions printed on top of the video as a separate block (see example below) which solves my two issues! Unfortunately, the only program I can find to create captions like this is zubtitle.com which is great if you want auto-generated captions that are only available in the language spoken in the video. I usually just play games or browse social media but I was wondering if there are any good apps that can make this time more productive as I feel like I am wasting all this time waiting.
