  You can try Zeus. It's somewhere between airbnb and traditional apartment, but requires 30-day minimum stay and you can stay for a year+. There is a background check component, but there's no mention of a credit check. Might be worth checking out. Source: almost 2 years ago

The CMA is not your typical art museum, especially as it's fully digital (check out the ARTLENS Gallery).
