You can try Zeus. It's somewhere between airbnb and traditional apartment, but requires 30-day minimum stay and you can stay for a year+. There is a background check component, but there's no mention of a credit check. Might be worth checking out. Source: about 2 years ago

Any good product tool will allow you to create a feedback management workflow with some basic customer info, but the real key here is that the feedback helps you uncover potential problems to solve.
