Easy to understand UI and great community 2. Australia - Superhero [1]. Zero brokerage for buying ETFs. Easy app but given my infrequent usage (once a month) not really a problem. Back to the 'how much house can I afford', I saw one on NerdWallet, its numbers were all over the place, another simple one calculator.net here, claims the house we can afford is $471,778 (and $31,000 down). We found a new build with incentives and rate buy down that essentially will be 463,000 some odd, after the pmi up front for the FHA loan, our rate is 6%. So financing like $437,000.
