I'd suggest if you're going to use a tool to collaborate on finalized designs. One that doesn't rely on which design tool you use, why not use zeplin.io? Before they were acquired by Kofax , we signed up with printix.net. Pricing is per user/per month and very cheap. We tested them 9 ways to Sunday , we had issues , but primarily because we did not RTFM.
