I'd suggest if you're going to use a tool to collaborate on finalized designs. One that doesn't rely on which design tool you use, why not use zeplin.io? This is essentially a watered down version of the "MVC" architecture. I use http lib of node for server and requests, cheerio for webscraping and Sendinblue for sending the emails and mongodb (atlas) for storing all of the data.
