As noted on zdnet.com, there's a new Windows 11 upgrade compatibility tool called WhyNotWin11 hosted on github (https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/releases/tag/2.2.4.5) that gives you a decent assessment of your system's compatibility using currently known Microsoft requirements.
