To add to this, zazzle.com (I'm sure there are others that will too) will print and trim to a custom size. Give yourself .5"/1cm more than you need. Frames have extra space on purpose. I want to print a design that has a lot of blur/fading on the edges (kinda like a airbrush effect) through uberprints.com but I'm not sure if it would look like a plastered on decal if I just sent a png of the image.
