To add to this, zazzle.com (I'm sure there are others that will too) will print and trim to a custom size. Give yourself .5"/1cm more than you need. Frames have extra space on purpose. Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching...
