Zabbix has been part of my toolbox for quite some time. I can easily say it's an indispensable tool for me now.
Managing a dozen servers without Zabbix would be unimaginable. I'm monitoring all of this: CPU, Memory, Hard-drives, website response times, downtime. The UI might be a bit "old school", but everything works flawlessly.
With regards to hard-drive monitoring, I love the machine learning option that allows you to "predict" the number of days before running out of space. That's quite helpful, as I've got some of my servers down due to running out of space multiple times in the past (before I was using Zabbix).
Based on our record, Google Lighthouse seems to be a lot more popular than Zabbix. While we know about 87 links to Google Lighthouse, we've tracked only 5 mentions of Zabbix. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

I was once tasked with migrating a landing page with an associated blog from CSR to use SSG. Once I had done so, however, I noticed that my Lighthouse score had gone down despite my page rendering a much more useful initial page significantly faster than it'd taken for my app's spinner to go away. - Source: dev.to / 2 months ago

I started with the Google Lighthouse tool. It's a great tool that helps you to find the most common problems with the performance.
